How much space do you need for setup?

We need a space of approximately 6ft-8ft wide, with enough space behind it to give our baristas room to comfortably work and accommodate our cooler and additional service equipment .

Can the cart roll on gravel ?

Our cart requires an even terrain surface to roll on and cannot be rolled on gravel or be taken up stairs.

How is price determined?

Pricing is customized based on guest count, event duration, location and menu selection. We provide tailored quotes for each event.

How early do you arrive for setup?

We arrive about 1-1.5 hours before service begins, this gives us enough time to unload, set up the cart, and get our equipment ready .

How far do you travel?

We serve events throughout Connecticut. Travel outside core service areas will include a distance fee.

What does Bean Bar need at the event location?

We’ll need access to a standard electrical outlet near our setup area. If event is outdoor

and there are none available we can bring a generator .
