How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 4-8 weeks in advance , especially for weekends and peak event months. However if your date is sooner, feel free to reach out— we may still have availability .

What areas do you serve?

Bean Bar is based in Naugatuck, CT , we serve surrounding CT areas . Travel outside our main area may include a travel fee depending on distance .

What’s included with my booking?

All packages include setup, teardown, cups, straws, lids, napkins and a barista. Premium packages include additional drink options , syrups , milks , and cold brew. Premium incudes extended service time and customizable upgrades.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes— a deposit is required to secure your event date . Remaining balance is due by the day of the event. We’ll send payment details once the form is submitted and date is confirmed .
